Rental fees as follows, and pricing includes all taxes and fees.

  • Half day rental, 9a-2p or 4-9p, Monday – Wednesday:  $300
  • Full day rental, 9a-9p, Monday – Wednesday:  $500
  • Half day rental, 9a-2p or 4-9p, Thursday – Sunday:  $500
  • Full day rental, 9a-9p, Thursday -Sunday: $900

The rates listed apply to the day of your event. If you’d like to arrange for setup the day before or cleanup the day after, and the time slots are available, additional charges will apply. Half-day rentals are from either 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, while full-day rentals include any time beyond these hours.

At The Venue in Valley Junction, we are committed to providing a flexible and enjoyable event experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our deposit and cancellation policy below to ensure clarity and transparency.

Booking Deposits:

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date within two weeks of booking.
    • If we do not receive your deposit within two weeks, your reservation will be canceled.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 60 days or more before the event date will receive a full refund of any payments made.
  • Cancellations made less than 60 days before the event are non-refundable.

  • (6) 60-inch folding round plastic tables
  • (24) Stackable maroon chairs for the patio (or inside if needed)

  • (2) 42″ x 78″ wooden tables (great for food or gifts)

  • How many people does The Venue fit?
    • We provide tables and chairs for about 50 people, that’s what comfortably fits between the two rooms. True capacity for the facility is 78 people. No more than that can be in the facility at one time.
  • Can we bring our own tables / chairs?
    • Sure! Please be mindful no more than 78 people at one time.
  • Can we bring our own food?
    • Sure! Please no open flames (cooking chafers are allowed).
  • Can we bring our own alcohol?
    • Sure! Beer/seltzers and wine/champagne only, no hard alcohol.
  • Can we bring our own music?
    • Unfortunately, we do not allow outside music or bands in The Venue. We have a bluetooth receiver that you can hook your phone up to.
  • Do you have audio / visual equipment or hookups?
    • Unfortunately, we do not.
  • Do you provide any décor?
    • Unfortunately, we do not.
  • Do you have hourly rates available?
    • Unfortunately, we do not provide hourly rentals.
