2024 Rental fees as follows:
- Full day rental Friday, Saturday and Sunday: $750
- Half day rental Friday, Saturday and Sunday: $450
- Full day rental Monday – Thursday: $500
- Half day rental Monday – Thursday: $300
Pricings include all taxes and fees.
The above rates are for the day of the event. If you want to set up the day before or clean up the day after your event, and the times are available, additional fees will be charged. Half day rentals consist of either 9am – 2pm or 4pm – 9pm. Full day rentals are anything beyond these times listed.
Included with the rental are:
- (50) Stackable black plastic chairs
- (24) Stackable maroon chairs for the patio (or inside if needed)
- (6) 6′ Folding plastic tables
- (6) Square tables
- (2) 42″ x 78″ wooden tables (great for food or gifts)
- Black table linens
- Icemaker
- Bathroom and cleaning supplies
- Under counter refrigerator to keep your items chilled

- How many people does The Venue fit?
- We provide tables and chairs for about 50 people, that’s what comfortably fits between the two rooms. True capacity for the facility is 78 people. No more than that can be in the facility at one time.
- Can we bring our own tables / chairs?
- Sure! Please be mindful no more than 78 people at one time.
- Can we bring our own food?
- Sure! Please no open flames (cooking chafers are allowed).
- Can we bring our own alcohol?
- Sure! Beer and wine/champagne only, no hard alcohol.
- Can we bring our own music?
- Unfortunately, we do not allow outside music, bands or speakers in The Venue.
- Do you have audio / visual equipment or hookups?
- Unfortunately, we do not.
- Do you provide any décor?
- Unfortunately, we do not.
- Do you have hourly rates available?
- Unfortunately, we do not provide hourly rentals.
